These terms and conditions apply to all unit holders of a Fund or Trust (Unitholders), who use or have access to the Accounts Online facility (the facility).

1.	The information provided by the facility is given in good faith and Invesco Australia Ltd (Invesco) believes that it is accurate at the time of publication. However, no liability or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information is accepted by Invesco or any of its employees. Except where liability under any statute cannot be excluded, Invesco and its employees expressly disclaim all liability of any loss or damage of any kind (whether foreseeable or not) that may arise from any person acting on any statements contained in this document or the facility.
2.	The Unitholder releases, discharges, and agrees to indemnify Invesco, a Fund, a Trust and the trustee of a Trust from and against all losses, liabilities, actions, proceedings, accounts, claims, and demands arising out of an act or omission (including the payment of money on redemption of units) that may result from the use of the facility.
3.	The Unitholder agrees that neither the Unitholder, their nominees in writing, nor any other person claiming through or under the Unitholder(s) shall have any claim against Invesco, a Fund, a Trust and the trustee of a Trust in relation to any act or omission (including the payment of money on redemption of units) made or purporting to be made which may result from the use of the facility.
4.	Conditions 2 and 3 shall apply notwithstanding the fact that the act or omission (including the payment of money on redemption of units) was made without the Unitholder's knowledge or authority.
5.	Invesco may vary these conditions or make new conditions relating to the use of the Accounts Online facility after giving 14 days’ notice of its intention to do so.
