Invesco is a specialist, global investment manager. Because we’re not a bank, an investment bank, a stock broker or a distributor, we can focus on one thing, consistently: managing clients’ investment portfolios to achieve a strong risk-return outcome.
Indeed, our mission is to help people worldwide achieve their financial objectives.
Our core strengths – commitment to investment excellence, global depth of investment capabilities and organisational strength - give us an edge in a highly competitive market worldwide.
Operating in 100 countries, Invesco manages more than A$600 billion of client assets, including more than A$6 billion in Australia. Globally, we have in excess of 5,000 staff, including more than 700 investment professionals – all experts in their area of investing. We have the scale and depth of resources required to manage a wide range of client investment portfolios in today’s fast-changing markets.
In Australia, Invesco manages and distributes a wide array of specialist investment portfolios including global and regional equities, domestic smaller companies, listed and direct property, diversified portfolios, and Australian and overseas fixed income.
Through our fully-owned subsidiary, Concord Capital, we manage a range of broad cap and small cap domestic equity portfolios. The team at Concord, who joined Invesco in August 2010, aim to exploit inefficiencies in the Australian equity market by undertaking imaginative, bottom-up stock research.
