| How do I invest? |
In order to invest with Invesco we require completion of the application form which can be found in a copy of the current Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). Send the completed application form, together with your cheque, to Reply Paid 4986, Invesco Australia Ltd, Melbourne, VIC 8060. Please see the current PDS for information on cheques, including payee details and acceptable types of cheques. Information regarding minimum investment amounts is also detailed in the PDS.
Please note the offer to which the PDS relates is only available to persons receiving a copy of the PDS within Australia.

Can I make regular investments? |
The Invesco Monthly Savings Plan is available for both retail and wholesale Funds. For further information please check the current PDS and the application form (direct debit request for Monthly Savings Plan). Monthly deductions will be made from your Australian bank, building society or credit union account. The minimum Monthly Savings Plan amount is $100.

Can I use a fax to conduct transactions? |
If you have previously advised Invesco that you wish to use the facsimile service, you can instruct us to switch, redeem or transfer your investment by fax. Applications for units are generally not available via fax.

Can I use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to conduct transactions? |
You may request a PIN from Invesco at any time. Please contact our Client and Investment Services Team on freecall 1800 813 500 for details. Once a PIN has been issued to you (in writing to your residential address) you may redeem part or all of your investment to a previously nominated bank account or via cheque. Please be careful. There is a risk that fraudulent requests can be made by someone who has access to your account information. You must keep your PIN confidential and must not disclose it to anyone else.

How often do funds pay distributions? |
Our funds distribute half-yearly or quarterly depending on the fund. Please see the current PDS for details. Please note that Invesco cannot guarantee the size or timing of a distribution as these are determined by the income received by the Fund and market fluctuations.

How are income distribution payments made? |
You may elect to have your distribution reinvested in the Fund or paid by direct credit to a nominated Australian bank, building society or credit union account.

How do I make changes to my account details? |
Changes of address, financial adviser, Tax File Number, distribution method or distribution bank account details may be made in writing to Invesco Australia Ltd, Reply paid 4986, Melbourne, Vic, 8060. Requests for changes must be signed by the appropriate signatories. Name changes may need to be supported by the appropriate legal documentation. We will accept account detail changes via fax to Invesco Unit Registry on 1300 365 601.

Can I transfer my investment to another person? |
Please send a letter of instruction, signed by the investor selling the units, accompanied by an application form from a current PDS, completed by the buyer of the units. Additional documents may be requested by Invesco depending on the circumstances of the transfer.

How do I redeem my investment? |
Please send Invesco a written instruction signed by the appropriate signatories, clearly stating the number of units or the dollar amount you wish to withdraw and your instructions as to the method of payment. Redemption payments may be made by cheque or to a nominated Australian bank, building society or credit union account. Please see above for PIN redemptions.

How long does the redemption process take? |
Redemption payments will generally be made within ten business days of receipt of a redemption request.

Can I switch to another Fund? |
You can switch your investment between the Funds at any time by instructing us in writing. You will need to advise us in writing of your name, address, investor number, the name of the Fund you are switching from and the name of the Fund you are switching to. Generally a buy / sell spread will apply (please see the current PDS for more details). A switch from one Fund to another may have taxation consequences and you should discuss this with your tax consultant or financial adviser.

What unit price does my application or redemption receive when transacting with Invesco? |
If we accept your valid instruction before 3.00pm on a business day units will generally be issued (or redeemed) at the entry (or exit) unit price applicable for that day. If we accept your valid instruction at or after 3.00pm on a business day, it will generally be issued (or redeemed) at the entry (or exit) unit price applicable for the following business day. The cut off time is by reference to Melbourne time.

Can I view my account online? |
You can view your account balance, transactions and distribution information through a secure internet facility – Accounts Online. To access this service please refer to the current PDS or call our Client and Investment Services Team on freecall 1800 813 500. Currently Invesco does not offer a service to transact on your account in Accounts Online.

What fees can I expect to pay when investing with Invesco? |
An entry fee applies to retail investments only. Investments in wholesale Funds do not attract an entry fee. Neither retail nor wholesale Funds charge an exit fee. Management and administration fees are charged for all funds and are collectively known as the Management Expense Ratio (MER). For information regarding fees and expenses please refer to the current PDS.
