 |  | Mick O'Brien CEO
Mick O'Brien was appointed CEO of Invesco’s Australian business in July 2006. He was previously Director, Retail Sales & Marketing, a position he held since August 2004 where he led significant progress in Invesco’s retail business.
Before joining Invesco, Mick was Chief Investment Officer at AXA Australia and New Zealand, with overall responsibility for managing more than A$30 billion of assets. In this role he was also a director of Alliance Bernstein's companies in Australia and New Zealand. Mick has 24 years’ experience across a range of areas in wealth management and financial services. At AXA Asia Pacific Holdings (and its predecessor National Mutual), he held a variety of senior roles in marketing, funds management, product development, strategy, Asian development, and actuarial superannuation consultancy.
Mick is qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

 |  | Cynthia Jenkins Head of Smaller Company Equities
Cynthia Jenkins joined Invesco in February 1994 as a Smaller Company Equities analyst with responsibility for both industrial and resource stocks. In 2000 she became an Investment Manager, and in 2005 Cynthia became responsible for Invesco’s Australian smaller company portfolios. Cynthia is a member of Invesco’s domestic equity asset allocation group.
Cynthia worked previously in the investment division of AMP and later at National Mutual Funds Management, where she was involved in equity research and portfolio management for retail equity trusts and wholesale superannuation funds. In total, she has 19 years’ experience in investment management.
Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) and a Master of Tax. |
 |  | Andrew Perks Investment Manager, Smaller Company Equities
Andrew Perks joined Invesco as Investment Manager, Smaller Company Equities, in April 2007.
Andrew has more than 10 years investment experience in Australia and overseas, with a strong track record in small cap research at UBS and Merrill Lynch. Prior to his entry into investment markets, Andrew was a Senior Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of Finance, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Japanese) from Melbourne University.

 |  | Victor de Lorenzo Investment Manager, Australian Smaller Company Equities
Victor de Lorenzo joined the Australian Smaller Companies team in October 2009. His 32 years financial experience includes 22 years investment management experience in research/portfolio management roles in both large and small investment firms.
Most recently Victor was Managing Director at Alpha Investment Management where he managed its successful Value Fund. Before that he was briefly at Invesco within the Australian equities team. This followed extensive experience in a range of roles at AXA Investment Management (National Mutual) including Portfolio Manager (Equities), Assistant Fund Manager, and prior to that, in actuarial roles.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Science (double Maths major) from Melbourne University.

 |  | Jackson Leung Senior Investment Manager, Multi Asset Class Group
Jackson Leung is responsible for portfolio management of all multi-asset class products, as well as specialist international equities and indexing portfolios. Before being appointed to head the Multi Asset Class group in September 2002, Jackson was Senior Investment Manager for these portfolios.
Previous positions held at Invesco include Investment Manager of the International Equities team, responsible for market research in Japan, Asia, and emerging markets, and Performance Analyst. Prior to joining Invesco, Jackson worked for Watson Wyatt in Hong Kong and for The Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club.
Jackson holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Economics, and holds a CPA and F.Fin accreditations. |
 |  | Nicole Schnuderl Senior Portfolio Manager, Invesco Global Quantitative Equity team
Nicole Schnuderl, based in Melbourne, is a Senior Portfolio Manager in Invesco’s Global Quantitative Equity (GQE) team. She is mainly responsible for managing and/or implementing Australian equity portfolios (core and 130/30 long/short), and also has investment responsibilities for Invesco’s Global Matrix Funds.
Nicole transferred to Invesco Melbourne from GQE in Frankfurt in October 2009 and continues our efforts to establish our quantitative equity expertise in the Australian market, having worked extensively on developing Invesco's Australian Equity portfolio since 2007. Previously, Nicole had worked in Invesco's London Institutional Business team, and before that she worked for the Austrian central bank and at the University of Richmond, Virginia USA.
Nicole has a degree in Business Administration and Economics from Vienna University in Austria and the University of Richmond, Virginia USA, and is in the final stages of studying to complete her Doctoral studies in Economics at Vienna University. |

|  | Peter McClelland Head of Institutional Sales
Peter McClelland heads up Invesco’s Institutional business and is responsible for building and managing the institutional business in Australia and New Zealand. Peter is also a member of the Australian senior management team and heads up our Sydney office.
Peter has more than 18 years’ experience in finance, with the last 15 years focused on institutional funds management. He has worked in various institutional marketing roles encompassing production, client service, communications and business development, and held junior portfolio management roles.
Peter joined Invesco in early 2005 after eight years with Barclays Global Investors Australia (BGI), where he played a significant part in driving revenue growth and was successful in targeting and acquiring strategic client relationships. In his most recent position, Peter was BGI’s Director and Co-Head of Institutional Business. He also worked for 10 years with Macquarie Investment Management, helping to establish their institutional funds management business.
Peter holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. |

|  | Patricia Newby Senior Business Development Manager - Institutional
Patricia Newby is well known and highly regarded in the Australian institutional fund market and has more than 18 years’ industry experience. Patricia’s background is broad-based with senior positions in the superannuation industry, including roles as a trustee and then in senior management with a large superannuation fund, together with a very successful track record in institutional business development.
At Invesco, Patricia is focused on developing our institutional business across a specialised range of investment capabilities including Global REITs, global equities, Asian equities and fixed interest, together with the Private Equity business of the Invesco affiliate Wilbur Ross.
Patricia has a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University and the FPA/Deakin University Diploma of Financial Planning. |

|  | Maxine Welsh Business Development Manager – Consultant Relationships
Maxine Welsh, based in our Sydney office, joined Invesco Australia in October 2009 and is responsible for managing our relationships with asset consulting firms.
Most recently, Maxine worked with Deutsche Bank’s Private Wealth Management division in New York, managing account products offered to private bank clients. Maxine's strong relationship management, product and investment skills are important in developing and maintaining our relationships with asset consultants and clients as we increase the number of investment strategies we bring to the Australian market.
Maxine is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants. |
 |  | Mark Yesberg Head of Product & Marketing
Mark Yesberg has been with Invesco since June 2004 as Product Manager. He took up responsibility also for the marketing function in August 2006 and now looks after the development and promotion of all product offerings for retail and wholesale investors through to individually mandated clients.
Mark has 26 years’ experience in financial services across product and marketing. He was with AXA for 24 years in a variety of roles in administration, business analysis, and product and marketing across superannuation, platforms, and investments.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of South Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (Securities Institute), and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Monash). |

 |  | Robert Adès Head of Operations & Finance
Robert Adès brings to Invesco a diverse set of skills. Robert has enjoyed senior executive experience at financial firms and has forged a strong track record in operations, business strategy, finance, marketing, and information management. He has over 12 years board experience, acting as a director for unlisted public and private companies in Australia, Singapore, Taiwan and India.
Robert’s most recent role was Chief Executive Officer of Canbrea & Company Ltd, an unlisted public investment company and AFS licence holder that provides portfolio management, advisory and financial services to private investors and semi-institutional funds.
Robert’s professional qualifications include an MBA, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial & Computing) from Monash University, and he is a sessional staff member within Monash’s MBA program. Robert is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors. |
